Your Roseblush Journey

1: Get in Touch

Contact Rosanna directly by WhatsApp, phone or message to discuss the treatment you are interested in.

2: Discuss Your Treatment

Ask questions, talk through what you would like to achieve and arrange a suitable appointment time.

3: Complete your Consultation

Where required, your consultation and consent information will be completed securely through Faces before your appointment.

4: Attend Your Appointment

There will be time to discuss your treatment and any final questions before getting started.

Support continues after your appointment too, with appropriate aftercare guidance and direct access to Rosanna if you have any questions during the healing process.

Booking Directly With Rosanna

At Roseblush, appointments are arranged directly with Rosanna rather than through an automated booking system.

This means you can ask questions before booking, discuss which treatment may be most suitable and arrange your appointment personally instead of choosing from a fixed online calendar.

Where availability allows, booking directly can also offer more flexibility with appointment times.

For treatments such as semi-permanent makeup, SQT and bridal makeup, this personal approach helps make sure you are booking the right service and gives you the opportunity to discuss anything relevant before your appointment.

Consultation & Consent Forms

Consultation and Consent

Roseblush uses Faces to manage consultation and consent forms securely.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you may receive a Faces link directly from Rosanna to complete the relevant form before your visit.

Please complete your consultation accurately and include anything that may be relevant to your treatment, such as existing semi-permanent makeup, current skin concerns, medication or recent treatments.

This information helps Rosanna assess suitability, prepare properly for your appointment and address any questions or concerns in advance.

Patch Testing

Where a patch test is required for your treatment, it is included within the treatment cost.

Patch tests are normally delivered to you in advance for convenience, although collection from Roseblush can also be arranged if preferred.

Please follow the instructions provided and complete the patch test within the required timeframe before your appointment.

If you are unsure whether your treatment requires a patch test, contact Rosanna before attending.

Treatment Preparation

Your preparation will depend on the treatment you are having.

Semi-Permanent Makeup Prep

If you are visiting Roseblush for semi-permanent brows, lip blush, lip neutralisation or permanent eyeliner, some preparation may be required beforehand. Treatment-specific advice can vary, so please follow any instructions provided when your appointment is confirmed. Avoid making significant changes to your normal skincare immediately before treatment and let Rosanna know in advance if you already have permanent makeup in the area being treated. If you take medication, have an existing skin condition, have recently had another cosmetic or skin treatment, or have anything else you think may affect your appointment, please mention it beforehand. Your preferred shape, colour and overall finish will be discussed before the treatment begins, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and make sure you are comfortable with the plan.

Lip Blush & Lip Neutralisation Preparation

Keeping your lips in good condition before treatment can help make the appointment and healing period more comfortable. Try to keep your lips well hydrated in the lead-up to your appointment and avoid picking or aggressively exfoliating them. If your lips are cracked, particularly sore or affected by an active cold sore, please contact Roseblush before attending. If you have a history of cold sores or are unsure whether anything may affect your suitability for treatment, mention this beforehand so the appropriate guidance can be discussed.

Brows & Permanent Eyeliner Preparation

For semi-permanent brow treatments, arrive with your brows in their usual condition where possible and avoid making major changes to their shape immediately beforehand unless this has already been discussed. For permanent eyeliner, additional preparation guidance may be provided before your appointment. If you wear contact lenses, have particularly sensitive eyes, have recently had treatment around the eye area or have anything you feel may affect the treatment, please mention it in advance. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly which shape or style you want. The options can be discussed with Rosanna before treatment begins.

SQT & Skincare

Before an SQT Bio-Microneedling or skincare appointment, it is best to keep your skincare routine relatively consistent and avoid introducing strong new products immediately beforehand. Please mention any current irritation, active skin concerns, recent treatments, prescription skincare or anything else that may affect your skin. This allows the most suitable treatment option to be considered before proceeding. Different treatments have different aftercare requirements, so you will be given guidance appropriate to the treatment you are having.

Bridal & Occasion Makeup

Good preparation can help your makeup sit comfortably and wear well throughout your event. In the days before your appointment, keep your skincare routine familiar and avoid experimenting with strong new products or treatments immediately before an important occasion. Well-hydrated, comfortable skin provides a good base for makeup. For bridal appointments, you are welcome to bring inspiration images or ideas that help show the type of look you like. Your makeup will be tailored to your features, colouring and personal style rather than simply copying one particular look. For a bridal trial, it can also be helpful to think about your dress, hair, flowers and overall wedding style so everything works together. Roseblush provides bridal makeup across Liverpool and the wider North West, subject to location and availability.

What to Expect When You Arrive

Appointments at Roseblush are personal and one-to-one, with time to discuss the treatment, your preferences and any questions before getting started.

For SPMU and skin treatments, suitability and the intended result will be considered before treatment begins. For makeup appointments, your look can be adapted according to your features, event and preferred level of coverage or definition.

If anything has changed since you booked — for example your skin, medication, health information or previous treatment — please let Rosanna know when you arrive.

The aim is for you to feel informed, comfortable and confident about what is happening throughout your appointment.

Support After Your Appointment

Your Roseblush experience does not finish when you leave the studio.

You will receive appropriate aftercare guidance following your treatment, and Rosanna will typically send a check-in message afterwards to see how things are progressing.

If you have questions during the healing process or are unsure about anything following your appointment, you are welcome to contact Rosanna directly.

This can be particularly reassuring following semi-permanent makeup, as the appearance of the treatment naturally changes while the area heals and settles.

Support

Running Late or Need to Rearrange?

If you are running late or need to change your appointment, please contact Roseblush as soon as possible.

Deposits and cancellation terms apply, so giving as much notice as possible can help avoid unnecessary charges and may allow the appointment time to be offered to another client.

The relevant booking and cancellation information will be provided when your appointment is arranged.

Still Have a Question?

If you are unsure about treatment preparation, suitability, existing permanent makeup, your skin, patch testing, consultation forms or what to expect during your appointment, please ask.

Direct contact with Rosanna is an important part of the Roseblush experience, so you are welcome to get in touch before attending rather than arriving feeling unsure.

Already Booked?

If your appointment has already been confirmed, please check any messages sent by Roseblush for treatment-specific preparation information, your patch test where required and your Faces consultation or consent form.

Completing anything requested before your visit helps your appointment run smoothly and gives you more time to focus on your treatment when you arrive.
