Permanent eyeliner is a semi-permanent makeup treatment designed to enhance and define the eyes without the need to apply eyeliner every day. At Roseblush in South Liverpool, your eyeliner will be planned around your eye shape, natural features and the result you would like to achieve. The finish can be kept subtle with a delicate lash-line enhancement that creates the appearance of fuller, more defined lashes, or made more noticeable for clients who prefer a stronger eyeliner effect. Your preferred style will be discussed before treatment begins, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and agree the intended result with Rosanna. The eyeliner will initially appear stronger immediately after treatment and will soften as the area heals. Once fully healed, a perfecting appointment may be recommended where required to assess pigment retention and refine the result.
